Google announced there is limited functionality for Google My Business, meaning people will not be able to leave a Google Review for a business.

How does this effect your business?
Despite people’s near-universal struggles now, probably some of your customers / clients / patients are more than willing than usual to help you out by leaving a Google review. What we suggest is that you steer people toward whatever industry-specific site is most visible in your space (e.g. HealthGrades, Avvo, Zillow, Houzz, TripAdvisor, etc.). Facebook reviews would be a distant third choice in this case.
